RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 
Procedure for return

The purchased goods may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. 

The returns made after the deadline may be accepted only at the discretion of FALCO S.R.L (hereinafter "FN").
The refund is credited to the credit card or debit card used for purchase, on the current account or by other means agreed with the customer.

For return send an e-mail to [email protected] for the permission.
In return request you must state the order number and the items that you return.

Do not send products before receiving permission.

FN sends the authorization to return and the address to send the parcel.The unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
FN sends an e-mail when riceve the items and after starts the refund procedure.
The refund  made within 15 days from the date on which Glamtop.com has received the items.

Conditions of Return

The products to be returned must not have been opened, used, or deprived of their original packaging.
In the case of returns of "PACK" must be return all the products that was in the box with original conditions.

We will not accept returns that do not meet all the requirements.

Changes

You may replace your product with one other similar of the same price within 10 days from the date of delivery provided that it is available.
Required fields after the deadline can not be accepted.

For replace you need to send an e-mail your request to [email protected]
For the replace you have to wait for authorization to return issued by FN.
Unauthorized replace are not accepted.

Please refer to the methods discussed in "Procedure for Return".
Enter your order number and the name of new product with which you want change, respecting the conditions of "Procedure for Return".
If you want to change with different item, please request a refund and make a new purchase.

Defective Products

Are considered defective, the products arriving already damaged or that manifest other types of defects.

It is possible to request the change of the defective product within 10 days from the date of delivery, following the same steps of Returns.
In such cases, FN will organize the replacement of the defective item with an identical, if available.

The replacement product will be sent by courier to the customer without additional shipping costs.

If the replacement of the product were not possible FN you will refund.
Refund, including the shipping costs, when it comes to the origin defective product, is made on the same credit card or debit card used for payment by the customer.
 
Return of Gifts

In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the gift recipient, following the same steps Returns.
It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
 
Refunds

The customer not satisfied with the product received may exercise withdrawal within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please refer to the same mode of delivery of the goods expressed in "Procedure for Return".

The refund of the price of products is made within 15 working days from the date on which FN has received the returned product under the given conditions.
Refund is made on the same credit card or debit card used for the purchase. Shipping costs are excluded (unless the product it is defective at the origin).

Customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable for orders outside EU.
