Information on the protection of personal data
Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 on the protection of personal data

Please note that for purposes related to the provision of the services offered, FALCO S.R.L (hereinafter "FN"),  located in Bari in Via Cardassi 59, 70121 Bari (Bari), processes the data supplied by you or otherwise acquired in the execution of the service. The holder of the treatment is FN. The list of those responsible for the processing of personal data is available at the offices of FN.

The processing of data using appropriate procedures to protect the confidentiality and consists of the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction the same including the combination of two or more of the above activities.


The processing of data, in addition to purposes related, instrumental and necessary to the provision of the Service will focus on:

1. communicate the data to companies that perform functions necessary or instrumental to the Service.
2. collect data and information in general and in particular on the guidelines and preferences;
3. send commercial offers, including from third parts;
4. send advertising and informative material;
5. commercial communications, interactive;
6. perform activities or indirect sales or placement of products or services;

8. transfer to third parties, even outside the Italian territory, the data collected and processed for commercial purposes for the sale or attempted sale, or for all purposes of a commercial nature and / or statistical nature.

The necessary data required for the provision of services offered by Nutrytional.com, will be specified in the respective modules under the symbol "*" (asterisk).
The data will be stored on servers physically present in Italy.

The consent to the processing of personal data by the user is optional. In case of refusal of the processing of personal data referred to in point 2, the treatment will be limited for the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the provision of the Service, as well as the fulfillment of the obligations imposed by laws, regulations and legislation. In case of refusal of the processing of personal data referred to in paragraph 1, the Company can not provide the Service.

The processing of data for the aforementioned purposes will be mainly using automated and computerized, in accordance with the rules of confidentiality and security required by law. The data will be kept to the terms of the law at Nutrytional.com  and treated by employees and / or professionals in charge, who carry out these activities under the direct supervision and responsibility. To this end, the data provided by you may be transferred to third parties, even abroad, which perform functions strictly connected and instrumental to the Service.

Please also be advised that, pursuant to art. 7 D. Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, the Customer has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment and may, in the manner and in accordance with the existing legislation, require confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, and knowing its origin, to receive communication, get information about the rationale, methods and purposes of treatment, require the updating, rectification, integration, obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer needed for achieving the purposes for which it was collected, as well as, more generally, to exercise all the rights that are recognized by the applicable statutory provisions.

It could happen that FN may find itself processing personal data of third parties, communicated directly to FN by its own users, such as when the person who pays for a product is different from the addressee, or again, when a user wishes to inform a friend about a service on Nutrytional.com.In these circumstances, FN will deliver the notice pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 to the third party, when the personal data of the same is registered in its archives, it is however your own responsibility to obtain consent from this person before communicating his/her personal data to FN and to inform him/her about this Privacy Policy, because you will be the sole person responsible for communication of information and data about third parties without them having granted their consent or in the event that such data be used in an illicit or improper way.
We wish to inform you that the consent of these persons is not required when their data is communicated to FN in order to conclude a contract with FN in their favour.
